The Legal Notice and Terms of Use govern Users’ access to and use of the Website, whose purpose is to provide training exclusively for healthcare professionals. Access is intended for healthcare professionals and is free of charge. You will only need to register.

 

2. Use of the Website

The User undertakes to make appropriate use of the contents of the Website and is obliged to:

1. Provide truthful and accurate information about the data requested in the different forms, and keep them updated, every time he/she uses the Website;
2. Not to engage in activities that are illicit, illegal or contrary to good faith and public order;
3. Not to disseminate content or propaganda that is racist, xenophobic, discriminatory due to race, sex, ideology, religion or that in any way violates morality, public order, fundamental rights, public liberties, honor, privacy or the image of third parties and, in general, current legislation;
4. Not to cause damage to the physical and logical systems of the Website, of FERRER's suppliers or of third parties, nor to introduce or disseminate computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that could cause the aforementioned damage;

6. Not to attempt to access and, where appropriate, use the e-mail accounts of other users and modify or manipulate their messages.

 

FERRER reserves the right to make any modifications it deems appropriate to its Website without prior notice, being able to change, delete or add both the contents and services provided through the same and the way in which they are presented or located on its Website. Therefore, we recommend that the User access and read it periodically.

 

3. Responsibilities

a) Responsibility for the use of the Website: The User is solely responsible for any infringements that may be incurred or damages that may be caused by the use of the Website, and FERRER is exonerated from any kind of liability that may arise from the User's actions.

 

FERRER will use all reasonable efforts and means to provide up-to-date and reliable information on the Website. However, FERRER does not assume any guarantee regarding the presence of errors or possible inaccuracies and/or omissions in any of the contents accessible through this Website.

 

The user is the only party responsible for any claim or legal action, judicial or extrajudicial, brought by third parties against FERRER based on the use of the Website by the user. On the other hand, FERRERER will not be responsible for the information sent by the User when it does not have effective knowledge that the information stored is illicit or that it harms the property or rights of a third party susceptible to compensation. As soon as FERRER becomes aware that it is hosting data such as the aforementioned, it undertakes to act diligently to remove them or make access to them impossible.
